Pints & Plates at Paper Tiger is a beer dinner and concert series, pairing delicious craft beer with a four-course seated dinner, made by one of San Antonio's top chefs. Experience dinner, drinks and entertainment in one of the city's hottest concert venues, Paper Tiger - dressed up like you have never seen it before.

Tickets are extremely limited (only 80 available!), and the menu, beer and musical guest varies by event.

To Start…Family Style Chips and Bro Dips paired with Neato Bandito Imperial Mexican Style Lager

And Then…Market Salad, Burrata, Texas Peach and Smoked Walnuts paired with Easy Peasy IPA

Followed By…Poultry and Pigs: Ribs, Pulled Pork, and Smoked Chickens with Salsa Verde paired with Rye Pilsner

And Then…Beef: Smoked Angus Beef Brisket, Beef Hot Dogs “Cheesy Chop” and Frito Pies paired with Deep Ellum IPA

To Conclude…Banana “Crack” Pudding with Nutella, Pretzels, and Cajeta paired with Four Swords Barrel-Aged Belguin Style Quadrupel
